Organization charts |
 | The OVIDENTIA organization charts are coupled with the directory function and can be built from user groups already existing in the portal. The validation WorkFlow in OVIDENTIA can use the functions defined in the organization charts. In this case the validation schemes are called “by function” compared with “by name” schemes where user names are specified in the schema. | The general interface for this module is shown above.

| The view at the left is the text tree view. The pictograms , , et allow : - To unwind a branch of the tree
- To reduce the branch of a tree
- To define the starting point to visualize the tree
Other pictograms are only visible in “Edit” mode and they give access to commands enabling updates of the organization charts |
